TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRING DOLPHINTON HALL

  1. The Hall must be left clean and tidy at the end of a let, including removal of all rubbish as the Council will not collect rubbish from Village Halls.
  2. The heating thermostat must be turned to zero and all the lights turned off.
  3. Please be respectful of the Hall neighbours at all times.
  4. Individuals/organisations hiring the Hall must ensure all relevant insurances are in place.
  5. Cancellation: Repayment of the booking fees for cancellation is at the discretion of the Dolphinton Hall Community Association Committee.
  6. Usage - the Hall may only be used for the purpose set out on the booking form.
  7. The Hall's capacity is as follows: Maximum seating capacity 60, standing capacity 120
  8. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is prohibited in the Hall
  9. First Aid - a First Aid box is located in the kitchen.
  10. When preparing, serving or selling food, all relevant health and hygiene regulations must be adhered to.
  11. Damages: The hirer will be asked to pay for any breakages or damage to the Hall or its contents.
  12. Disabled Access : There is a folding metal ramp available if wheelchair or mobility scooter access is required. It is kept just inside the front door. If used it should be returned to its original storage spot.
